5 Easy Steps
Pay the Registration fee (non-refundable) to initiate the application review process.
Submitted applications will be reviewed by our Management Team. Some applicants may be required to have a Language ability proficiency assessment or attend a Family Meeting online or in person with our Management Team.
Successful applicants will receive an official Offer Letter from the Director of School. You will be required to pay the Admissions Fee (non-refundable) to confirm your child’s placement. After that, you will receive a Student Contract for your review and acceptance, as well as an invoice for the first-semester tuition fees.
Once all documentation is submitted and fees paid, your family is all set to start your learning journey with us. You will receive a Welcome Information Parents Handbook and be all set to take the next big step for your child.
COURSE ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
When filling in our online Application Form, in addition we would require copies of certain documents of the student and parents to be submitted to us in a separate email addressed to our school administration email@example.com
Please write your child's name, age, grade applied for, your home address and telephone number and attach the copies of the required documents to the email before you send it to us.
Documents to be provided to us are as follows...
a. For foreigners - Passport copies of valid pages of both parents (as the case may be) and student (child)
b. For Japanese - Copy of any Japanese ID document, e.g. passport, driving license, etc. of both parents (as the case may be) and student (child) applying.
c. Two photographs - One passport-sized photograph and one full length photograph of the student (child).
GRADE PLACEMENT GUIDE
The Student Contract is an important document which binds the school and student. This legal document protects the rights and conditions of the Student whilst enrolled in MTLGS. It is a legal requirement that the student's parents or guardians must enter into the Student Contract prior to commencing at MTLGS.
During the admission process, families submit a range of documents for initial review. Once these documents have been considered and an offer made to the student, the family is provided with the MTLGS Student Contract. Only once the family has reviewed the contract, signed and returned this document, is the place at MTLGS confirmed. Invoicing for the appropriate school fees, etc. occurs once the admission and contract process has been completed.
MTLGS has a medical insurance in place for all students. For this insurance we have selected TOKIO MARINE NICHIDO as MTLGS insurance provider.
